Water Wont Flow To The Dispenser Or Ice Maker.

We just replaced the filter and the hose conecting the fridge to the outlet..water is on and flowing to the fridge (filter had water on / in it when i checked) but no water is getting to the dispenser or ice maker...any suggestions?
