My Whirlpool Refrigerator Model #eb2shkxvq Is Leaking Water.
We bought the refrigerator in 2010. It now has a solid sheet of ice under the pull-out freezer tray and every few hours leaks water on the floor. It did this once before, and we had to have an expensive part replaced. Unfortunately, I can't remember what! Is there a chance it could be something else, or should I just call a repairman?
