Starting

This sounds like a stupid question, but it's for good reason.  I have a DU810SWPQ and I can't figure out how to START it.  There is no start button, just a dial that turns and a button to decide how i want my dishes dried.  I am trying to find it in the manual, because it's a rental property and I can't find the manual.
