A Few Months Ago I Was Told By One Of The West Jet Reservation Attendees That If

I signed up for the frequent flyer program and kept my boarding passes that they could add them on once i enrolled.  I just enrolled my husband and I today.  I was told that they could not add the other trips that were many in August and September to my husbands frequent flyer program.  I am very upset because we have spent alot of money in the past year booking via west jet for his work.  I hope you can accomodate and help us out as it is a shame to loose out on the dollars. Waiting for an reply.
