Sound Issue
I have a Westinghouse TV Model No. LTV-32w4 HDC and every time I turn the TV on first it takes almost 3-5 minutes for a picture to show up, and I always have to reset the sound. I manually go to the audio settings and push reset but it doesn't stay, I have to do this every time I turn the TV on.
