Turning Off
After tv is turned on - it turns off automatically after 5 or 6 minutes. It then takes about 20 minutes before it will turn on again and then it goes off after 5 or 6 minutes.

Does the sound go off with it? Could be the panel failing if the sound remains. If the sound dies with it, the it may be the power supply. Well, do go through the thread here http://www.fluther.com/150061/lcd-tv-turns-off-after-5-minutes/ for a better insight.
