get version 1.03
unzip and put both files on A SMALL USB THUMB DRIVE.
insert and rebboot player
should find a folder with new firmware in in..upgrade.
NOTE IF TOO MANY FILES ON THE USB DRIVE eg movies etc IT WILL NOT FIND
THE UPGRADE FOLDER..make sure nothing much is on the usb drive.
tortured the crap out of me until I worked it out
