Warranty Issues
Hello, I have a Dell Inspiron 1545 Laptop that I purchased in April of 2010. It is my understanding that the warranty on the harddrive is 3years. I am just over the 3 year timeframe. I am wondering if in the interest of good customer service your company would be willing to honor my warranty and replace my hardrive? I have run all the diagnostic tests and the item is no longer working. Please contact me regarding this matter as soon as possible. Thank you,
