Wd1200u17-000 Hd Has Stopped Working
Please do me a favor as to send to me an idvendor and idproduct,The serial no for the product is WXE606817139, and the capacity is 100Gb,Also I managed to download the software AT2LP RC42 where I read the instructions from the notice for the softwareI lookforward to get help from you

Windows may see the drive but not be able to access it if the format is wrong. Take a look in disk management and see if it recognizes that formatting. You may need to reformat the new drive.
to get to disk management:
Right click my computer
select manage
then select Disk management.
You will (assuming it is Disk1) right click on Disk1 and select format. You can figure it out from there.
