Speed Increase/decrease Automatic At Set 3.0km/hour For Wltl21104 Treadmill

Hi, I am very happy with the use of treadmill with almost no issue till purchased from 2011. I am wondering if you can help me resolve my recent issue. I use always at speed 3.0 set. But now speed is increases automatic and decreased after 10/15 min of use. That create very difficult and may get accident while using. Can you please advise me what was the wrong? Also if you can send me how to troubleshooting guide I can look in and fix the issue.Thanks in advance Navnit

Reset the machine by unplugging from power and allowing it to stay for atleast 30 minutes.
