Ssl Certificate

When customers visit my checkout page, they are given a security error showing that they are being redirected to weebly and that this could open them up to hacking. I purchased the business plan and they should be able to make purchases directly on my site. I have put in a ticket and requested help via email and no one has helped me. I am livid. This has surely had an effect on visitors to my site and is likely costing me money. I have had to unpublish until this gets resolved because I would rather my credibility not be threatened by keeping the site up with this warning.
