Need To Redirect Domain Name From One Weebly Account To Another Weebley Account.

I am the webmaster for a purchased domain name www.singaporenv.org that is currently pointing to singaporenv.weebly.com. I need it to point to singaporenv2012.weebly.com. I went to 1&1 control panel and the IP address that your instructions indicate that the A record should point to is already there. So, I went into the singaporenv.weebly.com account and made selections that would use the weebly domain name. I went into the singaporenv2012 account and made changes so that www.singaporenv.org was assigned to that account. I am not sure if what I did is correct or if it just takes time.
