Critical Error Box
I have just bought a new laptop and installed Webroot - all went fine but ever since I have a recurring box coming up every few minutes which says: 'A Webroot Critical Error occurred. Failed to find required file. C:/ProgramData/WRData/pkg/LPPlugin.d11 I have tried closing the computer but the box continues to appear. I have tried deleting it on top right and also pressing OK but it keeps coming up. What should I do?
