I Need To Be Reufnded For A Installtion Disc.how Do I Go About Doing So?

I purchased the disc and haven't used it.  I no longer need it and want a the payment credited back to my account. I purchased it with a credit card.  I never opened it.

Depending on where you purchased it and when you purchased it, you should be able to return it for a full refund. The only time you cannot return something is if you have opened it, due to federal copyright laws.
