Need Help Activating A New Bonus Pack Straight Talk Phone?

Unfortunately, Walmart does not require Intelligence to be an employee... Not saying that everyone who works there isn't intelligent- I'm simply stating its not required. With that being said, the fact that a sales clerk "activated" it for you, probly means you should return it/exchange it for a new one and start over- Doing the activation YOURSELF... The sales clerk scans the barcodes, for activation at the point of sale. However, that doesn't mean you can just take the phone out and start using it once its charged. There should be a small Paper card with specific instructions on how to ACTIVATE your service through straight Talk.... YOU can call a Phone number or go on the website- Either which way u do it, Your phone should be usable within about 15-20minutes MAX... I use Straight Talk and haven't had to wait more than that....OH yeah, the only thing is you can only add service via phone Between like 7am eastern standard time...Im not sure of the time but it will tell you when you call...- Bottom line - return/Exchange the phone for a new one and start over... Unless of course ur phone just got active 7 hours later..good luck!
