Is There A Phone That I Can Call (not 1-800) For Support On Placing An Order?

I am trying to place an order on walmart.com and can not checkout. I am in Mexico and need a number that I can call to speak with someone that can support me in placing the order. No number appears on the webpage nor is there live online support... Frustrating!
