My Email Information
I do not remember my old email information and I am trying to open up my account and enter my new email address but I am unable to.

if your information is linked with another email account it will not allow you to create another account. however you can try the lost login and password button if you still do not have that information then you can contact customer service and they can look it up under your name and verifying information and reset your account
