Return Defective Product
I purchased an HP printer and it won't feed paper. I have worked with HP directly and they helped me troubleshoot but can't make it work. It is registered so my warranty is in effect. How do I return it? I had to buy an upgraded one at a Walmart store as I needed it right away. How do I return it to you?
