Broken Hdd From Walmart

I recently bought a External Harddrive device from Walmart and it did not work but I don't have the receipt but i have the box that it came in thats about it if someone could help me that would be awesome

without the receipt you can't return and get your money back but if you take the item in to the store you can even exchange it for the same thing
