Unlawful Trespass
My under aged son was detained by Security not allowed to contact me forced to signe an Unlawful Trespass Document. I would like to review the video of the situation and interogation that followed do I need to get an warrant to do this?

in every state no minor child is aloud to be detained without contacting their parent first. Also a minor child can't sign a legal document because they are not legal until the age of 18. Honestly I would contact the store manager and corporate and even an attorney for your local laws. Also if a parent of an underage child requests to see information such as the video on an action their child commited the store must give the parent the oppurtunity to see the video or evidence
