I Would Like To Know Why Havent My Package Made It Walmart Yet...

I NEED TO KNOW WHY MY PACKAGE HAVENT MADE IT WALMART YET AND ITS BEEN PAST DUE FOR IT TO BE THERE?I NEED TO KNOW WHATS GOING ON BECAUSE THEY HAVE ALREADY TOOK OUT OF MY ACCOUNT????
