How Do I File A Complaint With Walmart's Corporate Headquarters?

WalMart's checkout machines malfunctionned with my credit card this evening and I was charged twice for the same error. WalMart's refuses to remove the charge without written documentation from VISA that it was actually charged to my visda card even though the Visa credit card representative was on the phone telling them the charge had been made.

Find your local Wal-Mart store number. Use the store locator found on the Wal-Mart website to search for your local Wal-Mart. Find and record the store number listed beside the store that you wish to file a complaint about. Include this store number in any phone conversation or written correspondence that you have with corporate headquarters.
Contact corporate headquarters by phone. Call 800-Walmart (800-925-6278). Follow the prompts to speak with a representative and file a complaint.
- Email corporate headquarters with your complaint. Click on the "Customer Service" button on the Wal-Mart corporate website. Select the topic that best describes the nature of your complaint. Fill out the form with your contact information and include your complaint in the "Comments" section.
- Write a letter to the corporate headquarters. Clearly state the nature of your complaint, including your contact information and the store number. Mail the letter to the corporate mailing address: Walmart Home Office, 702 SW 8th St., Bentonville, Arkansas 72716-8611.
