The current Walmart offer is at http://email.gecrb.com/p/Retail_Finance/Walmart_Birthday_Registration_2. You will have to enter your email address and an enrollment code. You probably were given the enrollment code in the original offer; if not, create your own. I suggest you carefully read the fine print at the bottom before submitting.
