Bought Walgreens Product & Didn't Work Want My Money Back

If you do not have your online purchase receipt please call 1-877-250-5823
If you do not have your receipt for an in-store purchase, you will receive credit for the lowest sale price with that 30 day period and be issued a store credit or a W card (gift card).
Walgreen's return policy further states: Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed on all Walgreens brand products! If you are not completely satisfied, return the unused portion and we will refund the full price, including shipping.

Please note that for store purchases, returns will be made to the original form of purchase. So if a credit card was used, that account will be credited.
Also know that a valid for of ID is required when presenting an item for return.
If you purchased a gift card, pre-paid card or phone card it cannot be returned or exchanged unless it is required by law.
If you purchased prescription drugs or contact lenses, there is a separate policy for Pharmacy returns and Contact Lens returns.
