Handset 2 No Longer Lights Up. Ever. Only Speaker Phone Works.
The handset never lights up and it only works on speakerphone. I press talk, automatically it goes on speaker. When I hit redial, then the speaker button, it will not dial out. This phone has always been great. It was never dropped or "abused" so I'm not sure of the reason for this malfunction.
