Brand New And Won't Work, Why ? Have Changed The Batteries

Please turn the unit OFF. Interrupt the power supply by removing the batteries. Let the unit stand for a few minutes; then replace the batteries.
If the problem persists, please call the Consumer Services Department
at 1-800-1-010 in the U.S. or 1-877--8697 in Canada
