Vtech does offer replacement shapes for the Sort & Discover Activity Cube. If you need to replace any of the shapes that came with your activity cube, you can contact Vtech customer service directly to order replacement parts.
You can reach Vtech customer service by phone at 1-800-521-2010, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Pacific Time. You can also visit their website at www.vtechkids.com and click on the "Support" tab to find additional contact options.
When you contact Vtech customer service, be sure to have the model number and serial number of your Sort & Discover Activity Cube available, as well as a description of the specific shape(s) you need to replace. This information will help the customer service representative assist you more efficiently.
