Vtech Innotab 2
I have tried to 'create account' for my innotab 2 but the account site keeps telling me it cannot detedct a connected innotab. USB cable connected- innotab tells me it is connected to a pc, sd card in place. tried switching off and on again. support phone number on instruction manual does not work. any answers?

You can cnage the names of the profiles n the Innotab2 itself. However to delete the profiles you have to restore it back to factory settings.
