Learning Lodge Navigator Will Not Recognising My Innotab

Hi, the VTech Tutorials web page has a video tutorial titledTroubleshooting Learning Lodge Installation that should be able to help. There are different versions of Learning Lodge, and some may not work with the InnoTab.
