What Is Kernel Fail On Our Vtech Innotab It Stopped Working

innotab starts then message comes kernel fail submit sd card and restart what is this we tried everything we have the pink model

Your Innotab Operating System is corrupted. You may be able to fix this by connecting to the learning lodge and updating the firmware(which should happen automatically). Otherwise you will have to send it in for repair/replacement.
