Even With The Charger Why Wont My Innotab 2 Charge

Hi, the power cable for the Innotab 2 isn't a battery charger -- it just provides power. The Innotab 2 uses AA batteries. If you put rechargeable batteries in, you will have to take them out before charging them. You can find more information on page 4 of the user's manual.
