Trouble Shooting

WHEN i'M TALKING ON THE PHONE EVERYONE TELLS ME i'M BREAKING UP A LOT. ALSO i GOT AN E-MAIL FROM VONAGE ON THE 24TH OF sEPT. TELLING ME MY OLD PHONE NO. WAS BACK IN SERVICE BUT NO ONE CAN CALL ME ON THAT NUMBER.
