Service Transmission Urgent Light

was driving in shift stick mode,downshifted suddenly,w /no problem,returned to vehicle drove 20 miles then urgent light flashes ,tranny starts slipping.i chk fluids all leveled,no leaks.20 mins later car drives fine for a few miles then slips,wait 20 mins,drives fine then slips,any suggestions?im outta town in the middle of no where!
