2013 Volkswagen Cc Horn Goes Off

2013 Volkswagen CC - bought new, and from the beginning the horn goes off on its own when we're driving. We are able to make it stop by pushing randomly on the horn itself, but this scares us to death when it happens! We have taken it in to the VW repair dept. and they can never find the problem. What do we do?Thank you.

sounds like you may have a bad immobilizer reader coil.
