Your question is not completely clear, but I gather you're seeking help to retrieve your keys from your locked trunk. A VW dealer will be able to solve, but it will be costly. If the dealership can't duplicate your inaccessible key, it can change the lock-and-key combination. You may be able to find a locksmith who,ll do the job for less. Look for one who specializes in cars.

If you can get your spare key, of course, that will be a no-brainer, but I have to think that you can't (or you wouldn't have asked us).

I suggest you call someone to bring a spare key or AAA if you have it or call a local locksmith or wreaker service. Good luck!
