What Is The Front Usb Port For On The Vizio Blu Ray Player Vbr220

The front usb port is for a usb flash or thumb drive.

A flash or thumb drive of at least 1gb is required for bd-live.

You can also view jpg images or listen to mp3 music files stored on the flash drive.

Video playback has been disabled in the firmware for the usb port.

the front usb port was also used to update firmware, but this option is no longer available, since Vizio has dropped all firmware support on this model.
