Connect Ipc 112n To Vivatar Phone App

My ipc 112n was previously used. Now I want to use it with a new WiFi and after turning it on and downloading vivatar home and following the instructions I get as far as , connect to network and it shows the right network I enter my WiFi password. After a running through timer it says camera not found,so I push reset button on camera and try again,nothing. What should I do next???
