What Program Should I Use To Open An Electronic Business Card Download?
I'm having problems trying to open a VistaPrint Electronic Business Card download. I downloaded it to my computer, and then created a shortcut on my desktop. The next step is to open the file via the shortcut, and then the Installation Wizard is supposed to walk me through the process. However, when I try to open the file icon on the destop, a message asks me what program I want to use, in order to open it. Please advise. Thanks, Don Hooker.

The answer as provided by Vistaprint is to use Internet Explorer as the browser to download the EBC. When it comes up to run, just say yes and it will open and install in the right folder for configuration into Outlook. This works. Apparently Firefox did not recognize the file as an executable and nothing I tried (even adding an .exe to the name of the file on a rename) worked with the Firefox browser as the download program.
