Blockage Of A Card By Hotel And Rentals Car.
After a hotel or rentals has block a certain amount of money from my visa card. Are they allowed to deduct money from it after i have return their property in good condition without my knowledge. If the money was block for 45 days, Am I still going to be charge interest on that unuse and unavailable cash.
