Virgin Mobile does not currently support phone number blocking. You can check to see if a suitable app is available for download, or refer to your device User Guide for further specifications.
To disable incoming text messages, log into your account on the Virgin Mobile site and go to the Phone Apps & More tab. Click Edit Message Settings. From there you can enter up to 10 phone or email addresses to block. Or you can select Disable Incoming Text Messages. However, choosing this option will block all incoming text messages sent to your phone... even international texts. This means you will not be able to receive text messages on your phone, except for Virgin Alert service messages. If you disable incoming text messages and then sign up for any text service from Virgin Mobile (like Joke of the Day) or from a third party other than Virgin Mobile, text messaging will not be automatically turned back on. That means you won't receive messages until you switch incoming text messages back on by yourself.
