remember you wil lose al your data if you dont back up or save all your data online.. make sure you do this.. den do the following steps carefully.. first you turn off your phone, then you hold down the `home` button, BOTH volume buttons and the power button (AT THE SAME TIME). it should bring you to a screen that says, `Android system recovery` you use the volume keys as arrows, and you go down and click using the home button `wipe data/factory reset` then, using the volume buttons once again, go down to `Yes -- delete all user data` click the home button, then EVERYTHING`S deleted, after that click `reboot system now` using the home button and there you go! hope i helped :-)
