No Phone!!
Please, please help. I ordered a phone from you last Sunday. Your people in the Phillipines said I would receive it by FedEX the next day. I called five times each day of this week. They just repeated the same thing each call. "It will come tomorrow". I finally reached a supervisor Lisa Andrews. I got the samed run around, asked her for your number and she wouldn't give it to me. I NEED MY PHONE!!!!!!!!!!!!
The # they assigned to me is (949) 400-1733. Please get my phone to me tomorrow or I will cancel my account. It has been to long and your reps have dealt with me badly. Advise me of your actions, so I may get another phone company immediately1!!!! Land line # (949) 706-7287. My formal name is Patricia Wells. It is now or never!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
