You have to preform a hard reset. Depends on the model, there are certain steps to take. Usually take out the battery and when it is off, hold down the volume button and at the same time the power. Let go of the power button and it should bring you to an android screen. Look up the model# on the ack of the phone and serach "(Model Number) Hard Reset"
