Why Won't My Phone Stop Vibrating?

It's the AWE from Virgin Mobile and I just got it not that long ago. Today, it started vibrating constantly. I took the battery out and it stopped . When I turn it off , it still vibrates . Why ?

There's definitely a hardware problem with your phone. I suggest you contact CS@ 888-322-1122: Press #, then 3, then 5, then keep pressing 0 until it transfers you. EXISTING CUSTOMERS Enter phone number, press 4, press 2, press 2... someone will then answer your call!
