Turn off your phone and turn it on again. I don't work for Virgin Mobile, but the same thing happened to me, my daughter and her friend. My daughter's friend figure it out then she passed the solution to my daughter and my daughter to me. It is a very common problem, but very easy to fix. My phone is back to working perfectly.

i have this same problem all the time its just the crappy service the only thing u can do is wade t out try to erase all your messages and powerload and if tht dont work u gotta wait for it too work again its bs but thts the way it is they wont fix it ive called 100s of times
