Text Messages And Phone Calls Are Not Going Or Coming Through!!

I am not getting text messages and other people are not getting my text messages. I am unable to contact Virgin Mobile! I think people should start getting free minutes and text for this! THIS HAS BEEN A COUPLE DAYS NOW! MIGHT CONSIDER A DIFFERENT COMPANY! :(
