According to their explanation, they only block you after you've been warned 5 times. This means that this was not the first time it has happened. If it is, you need to contact them. They also review a block after 3 days.

The other thing is, you shouldn't put your account number and phone number up for everyone to see. There are a lot of dishonest people who could steal information from you with the information you provided in your help statement.
