Just go to virgin mobile main site www.virginmobileusa.com if you're in the USA, click on the right upper corner link that says Manage My Account, then type in your mobile phone number where it says to, and your pin or password, you should already have created a pin number you can use, then click submit. If you forgot your information, then call virgin mobile customer service for assistance.
