When Changing Your Number Are You Texted Or Email?

called customer support lat night to have a number changed was to take only a hour or 2 it's over 14 hours. Phone doesn't work at all now no emails or text saying it gone though after customers support said they received the request.

I recommend using another phone to call customer service. At this point I'm sure something went wrong.
