Mobile Problem

I'm trying to contact someone for the past 6 days on there mobile number they are with virgin mobile and it keeps on saying the person you are calling is temporarily unavailable call again what does this actually mean the messages I sent said have been delivered bt since yesterday it doesn't even say that has the number been dissconnected Or is it some other problem the number is on virgin contract

It could meant the person has not paid their bill or is out of the coverage area.

try this CS # 888-322-1122:

Press #, then 3, then 5, then keep pressing 0 until it transfers you. EXISTING CUSTOMERS Enter phone number, press 4, press 2, press 2... someone will then answer your call!
